8. Translation of technical and scientific material
This involves translating the original materials, regardless of their source or nature, into Romanian, anything that might be valuable to our work, from other languages such as French, German, English, Russian etc.

9. Manufacturing the components either using machinery or manually, structure, propulsion, command and control etc.

10. Quality control and conformity with the original
This involves making sure all computer simulations are correct, all components are historically accurate, and all manufactured components meet the required criteria.

11. Testing, measuring and fine tuning: engine, propulsion, mobility of the upper wing, mobility of landing gear, control and command elements.

12. Making a documentary about rebuilding the plane.
This will be done to capture the rebuild process, 100 years after the original. The documentary will be done by our partners and distributed to all TV stations who express an interest, as well as to specialised channels (Discovery, National Geographic, Channel 5 etc).

13. Communication and cooperation with Government Agencies / Authorities.
This is needed to make sure our activities meet the legal requirements and to obtain all approvals and certificates where applicable.

14. Communication with stakeholders, coordination and administration
This activity includes coordination of all the activities mentioned above, communication between various departments, communication with our stakeholders, preparing the technical reports at the end of each stage and procurement.
